1:1 with Dr Anahita. Honest read on your situation. We recommend a package — or none, if that's right.
Welcome packet, intake form, calendar of sessions. You'll know exactly what's coming each week.
Resume, LinkedIn, networking, interviews. Live sessions + async support. 4–8 weeks for most clients.
Sign your offer. Join the alumni Slack. The career help doesn't end at the first job — it gets richer.
You can — and many people do. The question is at what cost. Most doctors who try to switch alone spend 6–18 months learning the same lessons we'd teach you in 4 weeks. If your time is worth more than the cost of the package, the math is straightforward. If it's not, our free resources are genuinely substantial.
Our average is 4–8 weeks from kickoff to signed offer. The fastest we've seen is 12 days; the longest is around 5 months (for clients targeting roles abroad with visa timelines). Your speed depends on how much time you can put in weekly and how clear your target role is at kickoff — both of which we work on with you.
Many of our clients build hybrid careers — part-time clinical + part-time non-clinical work. There are real, viable paths here (consulting on the side, fractional medical advisor roles, content creation in addition to practice). We'll help you design the hybrid that fits your life.
Not at all — in fact, that's exactly who we built the Freshers' Kickstart Package for. Starting before you graduate gives you a serious head start. Most of our fresher clients line up their first non-clinical role before they even finish their internship.
Yes. Our alumni currently work in 30+ countries — the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore, UAE, Jamaica, and more. We help with role targeting, visa strategy, time-zone interview prep, and the cultural translation of your resume. For masters programs abroad (MBA, MPH, DDS), we have a dedicated workflow.
We share pricing on the 30-minute discovery call once we understand your situation. This isn't a tactic — it's because the right package (and therefore the right price) depends on where you are. We have offerings across a wide range of budgets, including the self-paced Job Hunt Mastery for those who want the playbook without the live coaching.
Yes — full details are shared on the discovery call and documented in your engagement letter. Short version: if we haven't started actively working with you, refunds are straightforward. Once coaching begins, we discuss alternative arrangements based on the situation.
We're a career coaching firm, not a recruiting agency. We help you build the tools, strategy, and confidence to find your own role — and our alumni network often does surface specific opportunities. But the final applications, interviews, and decisions are yours. This is by design: you'll have these skills for life, not just one job.
About 35% of our active clients are outside India. All coaching is remote, time-zone friendly, and the materials are equally relevant across markets. Some local context (eg. regulatory specifics in EU vs US) we'll adapt for your situation.
For the Career Guidance Package, plan on 5–8 hours/week: a 60-min coaching session, plus homework (resume drafting, networking outreach, role research). Self-paced learners typically spend 3–5 hours weekly. We design it to be do-able alongside a full clinical job.
The discovery call exists for exactly the questions that don't fit neatly into an FAQ. Bring yours.
